Better Business Bureau announces that Empire Today LLC of Wilsonville is the Oregon winner of the 2013 Business of the Year Torch Awards.
“Which one of BBB's Standards for Trust does your business value most and why?” In response to BBB’s question, Empire Today cited “Honor Promises.” In its entry, the company explains the importance of employee training, education programs, craftsmanship standards, product quality testing, feedback initiatives and communication methods—including call centers, real-time customer service portals on its website, social media forums and customer care email accounts.
“A customer’s experience is not limited to the agreements signed with a company. It’s comprised of all interactions including promises made by advertising, sales practices, installation management, associates and suppliers,” says Bridget Moscatello, Vice President-Customer Operations, at Empire Today.
